Position Summary:We are looking for a Sharepoint Administrator to join us full time. In this role, you will provide support in the day to day operations of the SharePoint collaboration area by providing support for our infrastructure. As part of the role you will optimize servers and related collaboration services to achieve high availability and performance of the various business applications supported. This includes design, installation, configuration, monitoring, and fine-tuning the operating environments in a timely and efficient manner. where required.Responsibilities:•Plan, create, enhance, maintain, test, deploy, administer, and document SharePoint web parts, workflows, event handlers, lists, master pages, layouts, and content types.•Identify solutions, propose enhancements, and correct problems with SharePoint web parts, lists, and workflows contained in Visual Studio Solutions•Coordinate with other team members to install, configure and operate the collaboration services;•Design and implement processes and procedures to improve the operation of the environment.•Provide secondary triage of client issues and problems that have been escalated from the Service Desk;•Update existing SharePoint sites as required by various business units•Provide after hours support for business critical systems.•Champion the effective use of SharePoint across our client's organization.•Perform SharePoint development duties as required Qualifications:Technical:•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and 2010, SharePoint Designer,•Good working knowledge of Windows 2003 / 2008 server, IP based networks, IIS, communication protocols;•Ability to interpret business drivers and translate into technical solutions;•Thorough understanding of Information Technology business practices and processes;•Strong understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, and web-based software developmentInterpersonal:•Motivated individual that works well with minimal supervision.•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment•Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills•Ability to exercise independent and autonomous judgment when dealing with competing priorities and initiatives, while keeping management well informed of issues, progress, status and resolution.•Strong prioritization, communication, and multi-tasking skills a must as the environment is fast paced and dynamic.•Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources.

Position Summary:The Transfer Station Labourer is responsible for day-to-day duties on site needed to complete work in a safe and timely fashion and maintain a clean work site. This position must also adhere to our safety program and work as a contributing member of the site team.Responsibilities:•Physical tasks, including digging, sweeping, sampling, lifting, shoveling, moving containers and other heavy materials•Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment•Clean, lubricate and fuel all equipment and general site housekeeping•Ensure safety fences / markings are all in place•Notify supervisor and or repair shop of any required work to be doneQualifications:Technical:•Must be familiar with operating and servicing small equipment•Must have an understanding of all power and small tools•Have the ability to work long hours and overtime in various weather conditions •Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, shoveling, moving containers and other heavy materials•Ability to complete safety documentation in an accurate and timely manner•Fit-for-Work each day Interpersonal: •Ability to communicate effectively and express thoughts and ideas in a clear manner•Good listening skills along with ability to accept and follow direction•Ability to work well in a team environment or independently as required•Open and honest with team members as it relates to all aspects of the work•Maintain a positive attitude in all aspects of work along with a desire to continue to learn
