SUBSCRIBER - Administrative Specialist-1018654 -3- Openings, Fort McMurray AB

Description

We are looking for 3 Administrative Specialists to work in Fort McMurray on a turnaround project.

Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work.

Responsibilities will be unique to a specific function or department such as Materials and/or HSE, but are mainly administrative and data entry in nature.

These positions will have  limited supervision and must be able to work in a fast paced, high workload environment.

Assignments generally include such types of work as preparing complex reports and maintaining complicated records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources.

The candidates require the  ability to perform numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.

Applies common sense understanding to execute written or oral instructions.

Required ability to communicate effective with internal and external clients. Intermediate level of understanding in MS Excel.

Minimum requirements is a high school diploma and 5 years of related experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry. Preference will be given to those with previous turnaround experience.

SUBSCRIBER - Administrative Support - Casual 6 Months : 01-13-03-AdminSpt-Cgy , Calgary AB

Description

We are currently looking for causal administrative support for up to six months to perform entry level work requiring knowledge of standard clerical processes.

Responsibilities

•Duties may include the sorting, distributing, maintenance and retrieval of records, correspondence or files, including mail.  Contacts may be external or internal and are primarily exchanging routine information.  The work may include the use of a PC for maintaining and reporting data.

Qualifications

•Grade 12 Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

•General office experience.

•Basic level skills using a variety of software applications.  The ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed.

•Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills, learning ability, initiative, mature judgment and responsible work habits.

•Must have good organizational skills.
