More Samsung Galaxy S4 units 'now floating into' Sprint sales channels
Samsung Galaxy S4 supplies have been lower than expected at launch, which has affected multiple carriers -- with Sprint being no exception. In a recent note we received from Sprint, we learned that the carrier's Galaxy S4 orders would be limited mainly to online and over-the-phone orders, with in-store supplies being very scarce due to low supplies.
The new note we received from Sprint today contains much better news: increased Galaxy S4 inventory is now starting to make its way into Sprint sales channels, thanks to increased production from Samsung. New shipments are expected on a daily basis, which will make things much easier on those looking to score one of the year's hottest phones. If supplies continued to be replenished, it shouldn't be hard to find one of these phones in a Sprint store relatively shortly.

Best Buy preorders for the Sprint Galaxy S4 delayed for 2 to 3 weeks
If you put in a preorder for the Sprint Galaxy S4 through Best Buy, you'll want to check your email. It seems that at least some of the phones aren't going to make their original shipping date.

How to get to the developer settings on the Galaxy S4
It's worth a quick reminder that the Samsung Galaxy S4 is one one of the first devices to actually launch with Android 4.2.2. And it's also worth a reminder that the developer options are hidden by default starting with that version of Android. As those of us who have been using Nexus devices for the past quickly learned, you'll need to spend about 20 seconds and a few taps of the ol' index finger -- OK, any finger will do -- to open up the nether regions of your Galaxy S4.
So. You're sure you want to do this? You want to unlock the developer options on your Galaxy S4? Cool. Here's how.
This is super simple, and it's the same as it is on the Nexus devices.
Head into the Settings menu. Samsung's done things a little differently and changed the way the settings menu looks, so you'll need to hit the "More" tab, and then get into the Software information.Look for "About device" at the bottom. Tap it.Hop on down to the build number, and tap it seven times. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. You'll get a little prompt saying you're about to unlock the developer settings. Hit that button one final time -- seven! -- and they're unlocked.Now you've got developer settings on the Galaxy S4. Try to remember to only use your power for good.

Sprint's Samsung Galaxy S4 getting its first OTA update today
If you were lucky enough to pick up a Sprint Galaxy S4 over the weekend, you'll want to start checking for a system update. Build L720VPUAMDL is pushing out, checking in at about 24MB. A scouring of the Internet doesn't seem to tell us anything about this update or what it addresses, so your guess is as good as ours. We assume it's a standard last-minute patch that we see with many new devices, and won't bring any new functionality or make any big changes.
In any case, you'll probably want it so be sure to check Settings > More > System Update to update the Samsung firmware.

My time has finally come. It's time I put down ... the other phone I've been using and pick up the Samsung Galaxy S4. Alex Dobie did a stellar job with our deep-dive Galaxy S4 review on Sprint's variant, and now I've got AT&T's in house.
Hardware-wise, we're not really looking at anything different here. Same 5-inch Super AMOLED display. Same Android 4.2.2 with Samsung's TouchWiz atop it. Same 1.9 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor. Same paltry 16GB of on-board storage space -- only we know that's not quite true.
Where AT&T differs from Sprint, aside from a handful of AT&T-specific applications -- of course is in the network. So we'll see how this thing handles a day of proper LTE versus spotty EVDO. Like many of you, I'm particularly interested in the camera. Will it be a better all-around choice? Will I miss Zoes and Video Highlights too much? Will I, like so many of you, be underwhelmed by an iterative design instead of a radical overhaul?

10 million units of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be shipped to 50 countries by the end of this month
By the end of this month, Korean manufacturer Samsung will have shipped its new Android flagship model, the Samsung Galaxy S4, to 50 different countries. Eventually the phone will be shipped to 150 countries representing 327 carriers. Obviously in a world divided by religion, political affiliation and even sports teams, everyone can come together for a smartphone. According to sources from the supply chain, nearly 10 million units will ship the first month.
Demand for the device is pegged at the same 10 million unit figure for the first month, rising to 30 million in the second quarter. Thanks to better features on the newer model, the Samsung Galaxy S4 is expected to do better than its predecessor which sold 6.5 million units in the second quarter last year. But considering that the Samsung Galaxy S III launched at the end of May last year, it had one less selling month than the Samsung Galaxy S4 will in the second quarter this year, making the Q2 comparisons nearly impossible.
Unlike the HTC One, which has suffered through delays because of component shortages, the Samsung Galaxy S4 uses in-house manufactured processors, panels, image sensors and memory. This should allow Samsung to keep production going even if demand for the phone is as heavy as expected. And if factories in South Korea have to shut down due to heightened tensions with North Korea, Samsung has facilities in China and Vietnam that can be utilized as long as parts made in South Korea can still be exported.

Samsung Galaxy S4 mini pushed to mid-July
The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, a more compact version of the 5-inch Galaxy S4 Android flagship, has been pushed further down the road and is now expected to arrive around the middle of July, or in week 29 of 2013.
The Galaxy S4 mini was first rumored to arrive a couple of weeks ago, but we never heard an official announcement by Samsung, and obviously with the Galaxy S III Mini still being not too old, Samsung has nowhere to rush for.
The S4 mini will allegedly come in two versions right out the gate - one with a single-SIM and another with dual SIM card support. The device is expected to ship in Black Mist and White Frost color versions.
When it comes to specifications, we are once again hearing the following rumors:
- 4.3” qHD display
- 8-megapixel camera,
-Wi-Fi, AGPS,
- Android 4.2.2 with Samsung Touch Wiz Nature UX
Interestingly, the single SIM Galaxy S4 mini is expected to come with a quad-core processor, while the Galaxy S4 mini DUOS will only have a dual-core processor. The two devices carry the Samsung GT-I9190 (single-SIM) and Samsung GT-I9192 (dual-SIM) model numbers.
